The leaves were dancing during the big and heavy wind across I-94. It symbolizes that fall and winter is coming to town. Leaves travel so fast from one place to the other side of the road with the help of the wind.

When the wind blows they seem to travel from the neighbors' yards up against my fence LOL. Nice take on the theme.
